Better Homes and Gardens Real
Estate Wilkins & Associates welcome new people who want to get into real
estate. Said Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO, “We
offer free training, there are never any charges for our webinars or classes
and, unlike our competitors, you can handle rentals because we train you in
that area as well. You don’t have to
travel, all training is done locally. We
estimate at this time that we will have hopefully about 25 new Realtors coming
into the business which will simply increase activity for all of our Sales
force whether you’ve been with us for 2 weeks or 20 years. Excitement breeds excitement.”
Wilkins, who at one time had 14
offices, successfully steered the company through the downturn of the real
estate market and now is making sure that they’re positioned correctly as the
market changes, grows and comes back.
Said Wilkins, “I think there’s going to be another Pocono real estate
boom—not quite a boom but do I think our market is going to stay
increased…absolutely.”
