Former Private School to be Auctioned in Chester County, PA

Pocono Lake, PA – Rich Coccodrilli, Jr., Auctioneer, announced early last week that United Country - Legacy Auction & Realty has been retained to sell by public auction the former Upattinas School located at 429 Greenridge Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343 on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 12 noon.

Upattinas School had been operating from this 9.11 acre private property since 1978.  The five buildings including a farmhouse and regulation-size clear-span gymnasium could continue to serve as an educational, recreational or religious campus.  Or, with township approval, the property would make a great conversion to a community center, corporate or personal retreat, and so much more.
