Wilkins elected to Board of Directors Monroe County Landlord

Wilkins Re-Elected to Monroe County Landlord Association

Stroudsburg – At the August 2009 Annual Meeting, Hildy Franzo and Thomas R. Wilkins were re-elected to the Monroe County Real Estate Investors Association Board of Directors. The Monroe County Landlord Association is a not-for-profit organization that has over 50 members, all having some relationship to rental properties or management of multi-family units. The organization was started as a small group of investors wanting to network about rental properties and commercial real estate opportunities.

Wilkins, elected to the position of Treasurer of the Association, is one of the founding members. “I’ve been involved with MCLA, now the Monroe County Real Estate Investors Association (MCREIA), when it was first formed and have been with them ever since along with Marc Winter who is our President.” said Wilkins.

Hildy Franzo, Vice Pres, has been with the Association for 4 years. A retired accountant’s assistant, Franzo lives in the Borough of Mt. Pocono.
