Taormina with Better Homes and Gardens receives PA Broker License

Stroudsburg, Pa Heather M. D’Adamo, Executive Vice President/Partner Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates is proud to announce Loretta Taormina has passed her Broker’s exam on September 26, 2009. Taormina is now licensed as an Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates.

Taormina spent several years taking 2 courses a year to meet the state requirements for a Broker’s license. The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires 3 years real estate experience and 16 credits / 240 hours of real estate instruction to be eligible to take the Broker’s exam.

Taormina, a recognized professional in the real estate industry, worked for Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate for 9 years prior to the company’s merge with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates in March of 2009. And prior to real estate Taormina was a local Monroe County business owner.

Taormina is a top producer earning impressive corporate designations such as Million Dollar & Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Sterling & Diamond Society along with numerous company awards.
