Pocono Pines - Libbie A. David, Assoc Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates has been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, achieved by real estate professionals who have successfully completed the formal training.
In addition to the CNE designation, David holds the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Home Staging (AHS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Short-sale Professional (CSP), Certified Sellers Representative (CSR), and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). "Having designations and improving ones self professionally is something that we strongly promote at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate" says Dominick J. Sacci, Sr VP/Gen Mgr.
David has been in the real estate field for 17 years and prior to joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates team was a million dollar producer at Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin RE. She is a former Board of Dir member of PMAR and has been involved in numerous community projects and charity programs throughout her professional career.
David works out of the Naomi Pines office in Pocono Pines.
