Stroudsburg – Rosemarie Lobe-Waller has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Wilkins organization which includes Better Homes and Gardens Real Estates Wilkins & Associates and NEPA Management Associates. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the promotion at their Board of Directors meeting Tuesday, December 8th.
Lobe-Waller has been with the company since October of 2001 when she came on board as the acting Accounting Manager. Since that time Lobe-Waller has been promoted to the position of Accounting Manager, Controller and now Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her day to day capacity, she is responsible for over 200 banking accounts ranging from Broker Escrow to individual community associations and reserve and operating accounts.
“In her capacity, Rose literally handles the entire financial well-being of the company which in today’s turbulent times is a job and a half. I have total confidence in the way Rose handles the books for the companies as a whole and individually.” stated Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO.
In her new position, she will also be responsible to the Board of Directors for the financial reporting of the company. For day to day operations she will be equal to Thomas R. Wilkins who acts in the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates and NEPA Management are located at 304 Park Avenue in Stroudsburg. They operate one of the largest Broker companies in the Northeast Pennsylvania area and are expanding their companies to include vacation rentals, their Independent Family of Home Buying Services and Pennsylvania First Settlement Services which is expected to double in size over the next several months. NEPA Management is a property management and bookkeeping company that services all of Northeast Pennsylvania.
