FELICE PROMOTED AT BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS REAL ESTATE - CORPORATE

Parsippany, New Jersey - Phil Felice, a member of the sales team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate®, LLC headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey has been promoted from Regional Vice President--Northeast to Managing Regional Vice President--East.

In Felice's new position, he will oversee the entire mid-West, Northeast, mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States. The promotion is of particular interest to Tom Wilkins, Broker and Owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

Wilkins was the first Broker to become a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate® company under the licensing agreement Meredith Publishing has with Realogy Corp. Meredith Corporation is the owner of Better Homes and Gardens Magazine and the name Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate®. That name is licensed to Realogy who owns such common real estate franchises as Coldwell Banker, ERA and Century 21.

Felice and Wilkins became acquainted when Wilkins approached corporate about becoming a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate broker. Said Thomas R. Wilkins, "Phil and I have really grown up together in the new Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. He's been with me from the very beginning and I am literally thrilled to see him promoted to such a valuable position with the company."

In his new position, Phil will be responsible for the salespersons handling bringing on new members and brokers as well as assisting existing Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brokers expand their businesses.

On a personal note, said Felice, "Tom has been a very big supporter of me with the company and has assisted me in getting to where I am today. This promotion will just allow us to become closer friends and business associates; plus it will give me a good excuse to visit him in the Poconos."

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates prior to consolidating their offices in the downturn of the real estate market had offices in Pike County, historic Milford, Dingmans Ferry, Pocono Lake, the West End and Mount Pocono. This June, the company is looking forward to reopening the Mt. Pocono location with their new office at 102 Pocono Boulevard set to open on June 1st.

All Wilkins & Associates offices are open 7 days a week.
