Wood and DeEsch purchased Housemaster of the Poconos, LLC in January of this year. DeEsch, who will be performing the inspections, has been a property inspector since 1986. He is certified and has performed inspections for HUD, NACHI, and NIHI. His partner, Wood will be handling the business and promotion side of the business. Housemaster of the Poconos, LLC will cover a 9 county area. Said Thomas R. Wilkins, "These guys are definitely going to be good for our business. Housemasters is celebrating their 30th year in business. They are the oldest inspection company in the country. To start out with, DeEsch will employ two fulltime inspectors, one part-time inspector, both of who will be certified. To renew your inspector's license, it requires 60 hours of classroom study.
