Schell is the newest member of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate WWilkins & Associates Sales Team

Bushkill - Nancy S. K. Schell has joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates sales team and will be working as a full-time Realtor out of the Bushkill office.


Schell, who recently passed the required classes, and successfully passed the National and State tests required by the Real Estate Commission, to obtain her PA Real Estate License. Schell has 20-year tenure in the corporate side of business as well as having been a business owner. During that time, between 1993 and 1998, she was an assistant to the President of Furniture Unlimited in Quakertown, PA, an account executive during the years 2000 to 2004 and self-employed from 2004 until 2010.

Schell was recruited by Dennis Mooney, Vice President/Sales Manager of the Bushkill office. "Nancy exhibits a dynamic professional sales and marketing appearance and it's evident she has consistently achieved a strong record of out-performing sales quotas, developed new business and strengthened customer relationships." said Mooney.

Schell stated for the record, "I am really energized by this new challenge. I love what I do and now I am doing what I love which is negotiating, demonstrating strong communication skills with the ability of planning, goal setting and strategy implementation."
