Stroudsburg –
Better Homes and Gardens Wilkins & Associates announced hiring four fulltime
Realtors for their sales and rental department.
Hired were Warren K. Watson, Realtor; Kathy Tarkovsky, Realtor; Jamie
Begley, Realtor; and Kimberly (Stevens) Gay, Realtor.
Warren K. “WK” Watson was recruited by Annette “Dot” Ifill,
Realtor at the Wilkins Bushkill office.
Watson will work from the BHG Business office and is a newly licensed agent
(March 2016). Watson retired from IBM
Corp after 32 years of service in September of 2015. Being new to the real estate industry, Watson
will receive free one-on-one training, free online webinars and seminars in the
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Greenhouse. Watson’s training is at his own pace and all
webinars are available to him at any time he wants to use them.
Said Dennis Mooney, Company Recruiter, “WK is a great asset
to our company. We like newly licensed
Realtors because they learn the Better Homes and Gardens way of listing and
selling homes. The free training that we
offer is the best in the business. Our
way of training can really jump-start a person’s road to success. Training at BHG doesn’t stop after 3 or 4
months; each month there are new webinars and seminars, all designed to teach
new (and seasoned) Realtors how to build their business.” “Everything from how to list and market homes
to how to budget your time is available through the Greenhouse.” stated Mooney.
Kathy Tarkovsky, a fulltime Real Estate Agent, and will work
from the BHG Business Campus in Stroudsburg.
Tarkovsky is fluent in three languages, English, Russian and
Polish. Prior to moving to the Poconos
in 2009, she lived in Brooklyn, New York.
Said Mooney, “BHG has a diverse cultural base of business in
our sales and rentals department. We’re
sure that Tarkovsky, who already has a book of Polish and Russian business,
will grow her business even more with the Better Homes and Gardens lifestyle
brand and is something which she is very interested in promoting. Tarkovsky,
while receiving free one-on-one training, will have available to her all of the
online and print listing and selling tools and promotional materials from the
BHG Greenhouse. The best part of it is
the marketing materials are available in Polish, so it will fit right into her
book of business.”
Jamie Begley, originally from the Lehigh Valley, has lived
in the Poconos for the past 20 years.
Begley is a graduate of Kaplan Real Estate School, an online Real Estate
school.
Begley’s prior work experience includes bartender/server,
homeschool group teacher, piano teacher, choir director and
singer/musician. She is a member of the
Light of the World Church and part of the Riverside Rhythm big band.
Said Mooney, “Jamie comes to us with a tremendous amount of
customer service experience which will jump-start her real estate career. Customer services is a huge part of our
business and when you add in the hundreds of print and online marketing
materials and such to build that book of business, I can only predict success
for Jamie.”
Recruited by Keith Kunz, Kimberly Gay is a New Jersey native who moved
