Stroudsburg –
Dennis A. Mooney, Sr. V.P./Assoc Broker announced the hiring of Brian Colandino
Sr. as a Realtor and member of the Stroudsburg office Sales team. Colandino, who is a graduate of the Pocono
Real Estate Academy—2016, took the required courses and passed the State exam
to be licensed as a Salesperson for the sale and rental of residential homes.
Colandino, new to the real estate industry, has excellent interpersonal
skills and has prior experience which will assist him in developing his new
career.
Colandino attended Pleasant Valley High School and East
Stroudsburg University. From 1997
through 2001 he was in the U.S. Army as Military Police in the 320th
Military Police Battalion. After his
service, he was the Owner/manager of BC Construction specializing in
roofing. He owned the company through
2006.
Colandino boasts that from 2006 through the present, he was
a “stay at home Dad” earning the titles Household CEO, Domestic Engineer and
Director of Child Development for this two children.

Mooney further stated, “We specialize in bringing new people

joined but want to see and experience what Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate
and our support are all about.
In addition to that, all agents are able to utilize the
Greenhouse, an intra-website designed to teach the agent everything from listing
a home, selling a home, various time-management skills and other tools
necessary to be successful.
Said Wilkins, “We’re a traditional Broker; which means, we
don’t collect recruiting fees or make our money by charging agents for
training, office fees and such, instead, we’re partners with our sales staff in
that when they are successful, we as a company are successful. In the second half of 2016, all of our
Realtors, as well as us a company, have exceeded last year’s sales and rentals
and everything is on track for 2016 to end on a very positive note.”
