NEPA Management Associates, Inc. announced the hiring of Linda Beam as Accounting
Manager. NEPA Management Associates, Inc.
handles the dues collection for homeowner Associations, condo complexes and
townhome communities throughout the greater Pocono, Lackawanna, Carbon and
Luzerne county areas. In addition to that,
NEPA provides bookkeeping services for a variety of other businesses including Pennsylvania
First Settlement Services, Penn Vista Associates, Mountain Vista Partners and other
real estate partnerships affiliated with the Wilkins organization. Earlier in 2014, Wilkins &
Associates—PROPERTY MANAGEMENT was purchased and merged into NEPA Management.
Said Rose Lobe-Waller, CFO, “The addition of Linda to our
staff shows the expansion and growth we see taking place with regard to the
number of third-party accounts we handle.
Not only do we provide association work, we also do bookkeeping for
businesses and the like.”
Prior to joining NEPA, Beam was employed by Wangard
Partners, a large property management company as the interim Controller, was a
Staff Accountant for Bushkill Group, a local company in the resort/timeshare
industry and with ESU as Director of Research/Assessment.
Said Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO, “A person of Linda’s caliber
and who is familiar with real estate accounting is extremely hard to find. We were just fortunate enough to be able to
cross paths at the right time.” 2015

stated Wilkins. NEPA Management
Associates is expecting to grow their company by 300% - 400% over the next 3
years and expand our trade area to include the Lehigh Valley, Scranton,
Wilkes-Barre and, of course, the Pocono areas.
In mid-2014 NEPA began managing The Refuge and Chestnut Village
communities located outside of Hazleton in Luzerne County which shows their
commitment to that part of Pennsylvania.
