Stroudsburg – Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO of NEPA Management Associates, Inc. is
pleased to announce the acquisition of three new management accounts in
Northeastern Pennsylvania. Eagles
Landing, Legends Village and Flanders Village recently joined the property
management agency as Townhome and Property Owner Associations. Eagles Landing is located in Nazareth, while
Legends Village and Flanders Village are located in Sand Springs Golf community
in Drums, outside of Hazleton.
“Eagles
Landing, a 299-home community in Nazareth, PA, is a Homeowner Association that
was built by Tuskes Homes. “There are a few reasons we’re pleased to represent
the Owners Association. It gives us a firm
grip on the Allentown/Easton area, since we have several associations there
already. We’ve been amazingly successful
in that area. The Eagles Landing homes
are homes of distinction with market values from the low 300s up to $500,000. So we are very excited about that,” said
Wilkins. “The other thing is we did the
transfer from the Declarant to the Homeowners Association, so they now
self-govern themselves.”
Flanders
Village and Legends Village are both located in the Sand Springs Golf community
in Drums, PA. They were also developed
by Tuskes Homes, a leading home builder in Lehigh Valley. Sand Springs is about three-quarters of the
way built out. Wilkins said, “We’re relatively sure we should be able to manage
the rest of the neighborhoods as they come on board.”
Said
Betsy Lloyd, Administrative
Assistant, “Christina Serpico, V.P./Senior
Property Manager and I handle the full property management of The Refuge
Homeowners Association. The Refuge is a
beautiful 73 townhome community located in the Sand Springs Golf
Community. We are truly excited to have
the opportunity to add Flanders Village and Legends Village to our management
portfolio of Associations in the Sand Springs Community.”
NEPA
Management Associates now manages close to 40 Homeowners Associations, townhome
communities and condominium complexes. While primarily in the Poconos, NEPA has
successfully expanded to include Carbon, Pike, Lackawanna, Northampton and Luzerne
counties. Management of communities can
be bookkeeping and fiscal management or full-scale property management;
including board meetings, maintenance, clean-up of common areas, lawn care,
snow removal and more.
NEPA
Management Associates, a 22-year old company, is located in the BHG Business Campus
on Business Route 209 in Stroudsburg. Hours
of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on-site in the communities on
