Farrelly & Wilkins Form New REO Team

  Bushkill – Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO and Dennis J. Farrelly, Realtor announced having started The Dennis Farrelly Team of professional Realtors and fulltime administrative staff to handle REO homes throughout the Poconos, Monroe, Pike and Wayne counties.  The Team will be supervised by Dennis Farrelly, Realtor and under the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates franchise.  Farrelly has been with the Wilkins organization for the past 10 years.

The Dennis Farrelly Team is and has been a recognized nationally, state-wide and locally as a top producing team selling REO and bank owned homes with over 20 primary customers including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.  The team will work from the BHG Bushkill office.
